My Treatment, My promise 

 

1. Painless Treatment

You might think that acupuncture treatment is scary and painful – however, you will be surprised how painless my treatment is. I use very thin needles, so it also helps reduce the pain (if any). But more essentially, I have the skills:)

 

2. Consultation

I believe that understanding a patient is essential for providing effective treatment. It is also important for you to get to know me well, so that you can relax during the treatment. So, I spend enough time to get to know my patients. 

 

3. Personalized Treatment

Sometimes people have pain in the same spot, but it does not mean it comes from the same kind of cause. I carefully examine each patient and choose the right treatment. Since I need to examine your whole body, I have a gown and short pants prepared for patients.

 

4. Treating Mind and Body

This is the magic of acupuncture treatment! Your mind and body are one – that is, if you have a peaceful mind, so does your body. 

There are two main divisions in the autonomic nervous systems – Sympathetic nervous system (SNS) and Parasympathetic nervous system (PNS). SNS works to move your body and to excite your mind. PNS works to move your stomach and to relax your mind. If SNS and PNS are not working harmoniously, it causes troubles in your mind and body. This system is known as “Fight-or-Flight Response”. According to studies, acupuncture stimulation sets SNS and PNS in a good balance. So, acupuncture treatment is best described to treat both your mind and body.
